🚀 Your Role
- Prospect and develop your client portfolio (sellers and buyers)
- Evaluate and market real estate properties
- Support clients throughout the entire buying or selling process
- Negotiate and close transactions
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience
- Grow your business within the Coastal Life Tenerife brand
🎯 Your Profile
- Strong interest in sales and real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy
- Motivated, organized, and disciplined
- Client-focused with a strong service mindset
- Fluent in English and Dutch (Spanish, French, Italian are a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Resident in South Tenerife with autónomo status
- Driver’s license and own vehicle required
